423 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
524 3 represented in the General Assembly:
625 4 Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by
726 5 adding Section 180 as follows:
827 6 (110 ILCS 305/180 new)
928 7 Sec. 180. Free parking for adjunct professors and
1029 8 part-time or non-tenure track faculty members. The Board of
1130 9 Trustees shall provide an adjunct professor or part-time or
1231 10 non-tenure track faculty member hired to teach a class on
1332 11 campus during an academic term with free campus parking or
1433 12 full reimbursement for the cost of campus parking for that

1635 14 Section 10. The Southern Illinois University Management
