SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $6,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Department on Aging for services provided under the Family
Caregiver Act. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $6,000,000, or so much of that amount 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Department on Aging for services provided under the 6
Family Caregiver Act . 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 8
becoming law. 9
