33	33	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
34	34	in the General Assembly: 3

38	38	Section 5. The amount of $2, 650,000, or so much thereof 5
39	39	as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 6
40	40	Fund to the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget to meet 7
41	41	its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 8
42	42	2024. 9

44	44	Section 10. The amount of $100,000, or so much thereof as 10
45	45	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 11
46	46	to the Governor’s Office of Ma nagement and Budget to meet its 12
47	47	operational expenses for Youth Budget Commission. 13

50	50	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 15
51	51	to the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget to meet its 16

62	62	may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 5
63	63	Fund to the Governo r’s Office of Management and Budget for 6
64	64	ordinary and contingent expenses associated with the sale and 7
65	65	administration of Build Illinois bonds. 8

67	67	Section 30. The amount of $ 600,863,000, or so much thereof 9
68	68	as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois 10
69	69	Bond Retirement and Interest Fund to the Governor’s Office of 11
70	70	Management and Budget for the purpose of making payments to the 12
71	71	Trustee under the Master Indenture as defined by and pursuant 13
72	72	to the Build Illinois Bond Act. 14

76	76	Infrastructure Fund to the Governor’s Office of Management and 17

85	85	administration of the Grant Accountabilit y and Transparency Act 3

89	89	be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 6
90	90	the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget for all costs 7
91	91	and administrative expenses associated with implementing, 8
92	92	monitoring and reporting State agency expenditures of funds 9
93	93	received from the federal government, including funds made 10
94	94	available under the American Rescue Plan Act or any other 11
95	95	federal acts. 12

97	97	Section 46. The sum of $455,000,000, or so much thereof 13
98	98	as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Tobacco 14
99	99	Settlement Recovery Fund to the Governor’s Office of Management 15
100	100	and Budget for the purposes of making payments to the Trustee 16
101	101	of those bonds issu ed by the Railsplitter Tobacco Settlement 17
102	102	Authority under the Railsplitter Tobacco Settlement Authority 18

105	105	Section 50. No contract shall be entered into or obligation 20
106	106	incurred for any expenditures from the appropriations made in 21

111	111	Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2
