33	33	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
34	34	in the General Assembly: 3

38	38	Section 5. The amount of $ 11,136,000, or so much thereof 5
39	39	as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 6
40	40	Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and 7

44	44	may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the 10
