SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the Executive Ethics Commission for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2023, as follows:
General Funds $11,136,000
Other State Funds $ 2,778,000
Total $13,914,000

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
ARTICLE 1 4
Section 5. The amount of $ 11,136,000, or so much thereof 5
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 6
Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and 7
contingent expenses. 8
Section 10. The amount of $ 900,000, or so much thereof as 9
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the 10
Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent 11
expenses. 12
Section 15. The amount of $901,000, or so much thereof as 13
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development 14
Board Revolving Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its 15
ordinary and contingent expenses. 16
Section 20. The amount of $ 977,000, or so much thereof as 17
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Professional 18

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2
2023. 3
