18 | 18 | | 8 "Appropriation bill" means any bill authorizing an |

19 | 19 | | 9 appropriation of funds for State operating, capital, or |
---|
20 | 20 | | 10 transportation expenses. |

21 | 21 | | 11 "Publicly available" means available for viewing on the |

22 | 22 | | 12 General Assembly's Internet website and published in a bill |

23 | 23 | | 13 report, committee report, or conference-committee report. |

24 | 24 | | 14 "Revenue bill" means any bill that raises revenue for |
---|
25 | 25 | | 15 operating, capital, or transportation expenses. |
---|
26 | 26 | | 16 "Striking amendment" means any amendment removing and |
---|
27 | 27 | | 17 replacing everything after the enacting clause of a bill. |

28 | 28 | | 18 Section 10. Hearing or votes prohibited for 72 hours. A |
