1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Commemorative Dates Act is amended by
5 adding Section 207 as follows:
6 (5 ILCS 490/207 new)
7 Sec. 207. Child Abuse Prevention Month. The month of April
8 of each year is designated as Child Abuse Prevention Month to
9 be observed throughout the State to promote the awareness and
10 prevention of child abuse in the State.
