12	12	1 AN ACT concerning education.
13	13	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
14	14	3 represented in the General Assembly:
15	15	4 Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended by
16	16	5 adding Section 9.43 as follows:
17	17	6 (110 ILCS 205/9.43 new)
18	18	7 Sec. 9.43. Diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
19	19	8 During the curriculum approval process, all curriculum must
20	20	9 meet diversity, equity, and inclusion principles set by the

22	22	11 Section 10. The Public Community College Act is amended by
23	23	12 adding Section 2-27 as follows:
