2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended by
5 adding Section 9.43 as follows:

7 Sec. 9.43. Diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
8 During the curriculum approval process, all curriculum must
9 meet diversity, equity, and inclusion principles set by the
10 Board.
11 Section 10. The Public Community College Act is amended by
12 adding Section 2-27 as follows:
