11	11	1 AN ACT concerning local government.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act
15	15	5 is amended by adding Section 7i as follows:
16	16	6 (70 ILCS 2605/7i new)
17	17	7 Sec. 7i. Watershed management conformance. No later than
18	18	8 one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
19	19	9 103rd General Assembly, landowners owning more than 5% of land
20	20	10 in a municipality within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
21	21	11 District shall be in conformance with the requirements of the
22	22	12 District's Watershed Management Ordinance.
23	23	13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
24	24	14 becoming law.
