1 AN ACT concerning local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act
5 is amended by adding Section 7i as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 2605/7i new)
7 Sec. 7i. Watershed management conformance. No later than
8 one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
9 103rd General Assembly, landowners owning more than 5% of land
10 in a municipality within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
11 District shall be in conformance with the requirements of the
12 District's Watershed Management Ordinance.
13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.
