12	12	1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
13	13	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
14	14	3 represented in the General Assembly:
15	15	4 Section 5. The Child Care Act of 1969 is amended by
16	16	5 changing Section 2.02 and by adding Section 3.7 as follows:
17	17	6 (225 ILCS 10/2.02) (from Ch. 23, par. 2212.02)
18	18	7 Sec. 2.02. "Department" means the Illinois Department of
19	19	8 Children and Family Services, except that, after the transfer
20	20	9 of licensing functions has been completed, "Department" means
21	21	10 the Department of Healthcare and Family Services in those
22	22	11 provisions of this Act concerning licensure.

26	26	15 (a) The transfer of responsibility for licensure under

30	30	19 General Assembly.
31	31	20 (b) The Department of Children and Family Services may
32	32	21 adopt any rules and execute any intergovernmental agreements
