Reporting time pay for nurses; less than full 11 schedule. Each workday a nurse is required to report for work, 12 based upon a previously approved work schedule, and does 13 report to work and is furnished less than one-half of the 14 nurse's usual or scheduled day's work providing nursing 15 services, the nurse shall be paid for all hours worked and 16 shall be paid for one half of the remaining usual or scheduled 17 day's work at the nurse's regular rate of pay. 18 Section 99.
