The Higher Education Student Assistance Act is 5 amended by adding Section 65.120 as follows: 6 (110 ILCS 947/65.120 new) 7 Sec. 65.120. Public School Counselor, Social Worker, or 8 Mental Health Professional Loan Repayment Program. 9 (a) As used in this Section, "school" means a school 10 operated under the School Code. 11 (b) Subject to appropriation, the Commission shall 12 establish the Public School Counselor, Social Worker, or 13 Mental Health Professional Loan Repayment Program. The form of 7 application and the information required to be set forth in 8 the application shall be determined by the Commission, and the 9 Commission shall require applicants to submit with their 10 applications such supporting documents as the Commission deems 11 necessary. 12 (e) The Commission shall adopt any rules necessary to 13 implement this Section.
