1515 Appropriates specified amounts to the Illinois Power
1616 Agency for the purpose of ordinary and contingent expenses,
1717 funding of current and prior fiscal year purchases of renewable
1818 energy resources and related expenses, and deposit into the
1919 Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund. Effective July 1, 2023.

3131 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
3232 in the General Assembly: 3

3434 Section 5. The amount of $36,000,000, or so much of that 4
3535 sum as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power 5
3636 Agency from the Illinois Power Agency O perations Fund for its 6
3737 current and prior year ordinary and contingent expenses, as 7
3838 well as for refunds. 8

4040 Section 10. The sum of $4,000,000, or so much of that sum 9
4141 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power 10
4242 Agency from the Illinois Power A gency Operations Fund for its 11
4343 ordinary and contingent expenses pursuant to the Energy 12
