34	34	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
35	35	in the General Assembly: 3

37	37	Section 5. The sum of $4,514,600, or so much thereof as may 4
38	38	be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 5
39	39	the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability to 6
40	40	meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year beginning 7
41	41	July 1, 2023. 8

43	43	Section 10. The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as 9
44	44	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 10
45	45	to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability 11
46	46	for the purpose of maki ng pension pick up contributions to the 12
47	47	State Employees’ Retirement System of Illinois for affected 13
48	48	legislative staff employees for the fiscal year beginning Ju ly 14
