799 | + | 15 "Lawful health care activity" means seeking, providing, | |
800 | + | 16 receiving, assisting in seeking, providing, or receiving, | |
801 | + | 17 providing material support for, or traveling to obtain lawful | |

803 | + | 19 "Health records related to lawful health care" means | |
804 | + | 20 records that identify a person who has sought or received | |
805 | + | 21 lawful healthcare, including, but not limited to, information | |
