29	29	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
30	30	in the General Assembly: 3

32	32	Section 5. The sum of $70,000,000, or so much thereof as 4
33	33	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 5
34	34	to the Office of the Attorney General to meet its operational 6
35	35	expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. 7

37	37	Section 10. The sum of $11,000,000, or so much thereof as 8
38	38	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 9
39	39	to the Office of the Attorney General for payment of awards and 10
40	40	grants under the Violent Cr ime Victims Assistance Act. 11

43	43	may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue fund 13
44	44	to the Office of the Attorney General for ordinary and 14

81	81	to the Attorney General from the Illinois Gaming Law 3

85	85	be necessary, is appropriated to the Office of the Attorney 6
86	86	General from the Domestic Violence Fund pursuant to Public Act 7
87	87	95-711 for grants to public or private non profit agencies for 8
88	88	the purposes of facilitating or providing free domestic 9
89	89	violence legal advocacy, assistance, or services to victims of 10
90	90	domestic violence who are married or formerly married or 11
91	91	parties or former parties to a civil union related to order of 12
92	92	protection proceedings or other proceedings for civil remedies 13

96	96	may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General 16
97	97	Tobacco Fund to the Office of the Attorney Gene ral for the 17
98	98	oversight, enforcement, and implementation of the Master 18
99	99	Settlement Agreement entered in the case of People of the State 19
100	100	of Illinois v. Philip Morris, et al (Circuit Court of Cook 20
101	101	County, No. 96L13146), for the administration and enforcement 21
102	102	of the Tobacco Product Manufacturers’ Escrow Act, for the 22

107	107	Section 60. The sum of $27,000,000, or so much thereof as 2
108	108	may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General 3
109	109	Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund 4
110	110	to the Office of the Attorney General for use, subject to 5
111	111	pertinent court order or agreement, in the performance of any 6
112	112	function pertaining to the exercise of the dutie s of the 7
113	113	Attorney General, including State law enforcement and public 8
114	114	education. 9

117	117	may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Charity 11
118	118	Bureau Fund to the Office of the Attorney General to en force 12
119	119	the provisions of the Solicitation for Charity Act and to gather 13
120	120	and disseminate information about charitable trustees and 14

125	125	Whistleblower Reward and Protection Fund to the Office of the 18

136	136	pertaining to the exercise of the duties of the Attorney 6
137	137	General, including State law enforcement and public education. 7

152	152	may be necessary, is appropriated from Violent Crime Victims 19
153	153	Assistance Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for 20

159	159	be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General Sex 2
160	160	Offender Awareness, Training, and Education Fund to the Office 3
161	161	of the Attorney General to administer the I -SORT program and 4
162	162	to alert and educate the public, victims, and witnesses of 5
163	163	their rights under various victim notification laws and for 6
164	164	training law enforcement agencies, State’s Attorneys, and 7
165	165	medical providers regarding their legal duties concerning the 8
166	166	prosecution and investigation of sex offenses. 9

168	168	Section 100. The sum of $13,500,000, or so much thereof 10
169	169	as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General 11
170	170	Federal Grant Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for 12
171	171	funding for federal grants. 13
