3232 Section 5. The sum of $70,000,000, or so much thereof as 4
3333 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 5

111111 pertinent court order or agreement, in the performance of any 6
112112 function pertaining to the exercise of the dutie s of the 7
