---|

---|
87 | 87 | | 18 oscillating amber lights, visible for at least 500 |
---|

89 | 89 | | 20 (C) Is capable of utilizing the lighting and |
---|
90 | 90 | | 21 braking systems of the disabled vehicle or combination |
---|
91 | 91 | | 22 of vehicles. |

92 | 92 | | 23 (D) Does not engage a tow exceeding 50 highway |
---|
