81 | 81 | | 14 (3) If the electric Class 6 truck, electric Class 7 |

82 | 82 | | 15 truck, or electric Class 8 truck is leased by the fleet |
---|
83 | 83 | | 16 owner or operator, the term of the lease must be at least |
---|
84 | 84 | | 17 36 months. |

85 | 85 | | 18 In providing grants under the Program, the Agency may give |

86 | 86 | | 19 weight to applications based upon the potential impact of the |

87 | 87 | | 20 geographic locations and routes of the applicant's fleet on |
