4-AN ACT concerning property.
5-Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
6-represented in the General Assembly:
7-Section 5. The Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act
8-is amended by changing Sections 15, 16, and 17 as follows:

10-Sec. 15. Statutory grounds for eviction.
11-(a) A park owner may terminate the lease and evict a tenant
12-for any one or more of the following acts:
13-(1) (a) Non-payment of rent due;
14-(2) (b) Failure to comply with the park rules;
15-(3) (c) Failure to comply with local ordinances and
16-State laws regulating mobile homes.
17-(b) Non-payment of rent to a park that has not applied for
18-its license or its license renewal and failed to submit all
19-fees due and payable under the Mobile Home Park Act shall not
20-be grounds for eviction.

33-(a) As a reprisal for the tenant's effort to secure or
34-enforce any rights under the lease or the laws of the State of
35-Illinois, or its governmental subdivisions of the United
36-States;
37-(b) As a reprisal for the tenant's good faith complaint to
38-a governmental authority of the park owner's alleged violation
39-of any health or safety law, regulation, code or ordinance, or
40-State law or regulation which has as its objective the
41-regulation of premises used for dwelling purposes;
42-(c) As a reprisal for the tenant's being an organizer or
43-member of, or involved in any activities relative to a
44-homeowners' association;
45-(d) As a reprisal for or on the basis of the tenant's
46-immigration or citizenship status; .
47-(e) As a reprisal for the non-payment of rent if the park
48-has failed to apply for its license or renewal of its license
49-and failed to submit all fees due and payable under the Mobile
50-Home Park Act.

54+22 Sec. 17. Notice required by Law. The following notice
55+23 shall be printed verbatim in a clear and conspicuous manner in
56+24 each lease or rental agreement of a mobile home or lot:

68+1 The rules set forth below govern the terms of your lease of
69+2 occupancy arrangement with this mobile home park. The law
70+3 requires all of these rules and regulations to be fair and
71+4 reasonable, and if not, such rules and regulations cannot be
72+5 enforced against you.
73+6 As required by law, the park must be licensed to operate a
74+7 mobile home park either by either the State of Illinois
75+8 Department of Public Health or applicable home rule
76+9 jurisdiction. Pursuant to the Mobile Home Park Act, this
77+10 license shall expire April 30 of each year, and a new license
78+11 shall be issued upon proper application and payment of the
79+12 annual license fee.
80+13 You may continue to reside in the park as long as you pay
81+14 your rent and abide by the rules and regulations of the park.
82+15 You may only be evicted for non-payment of rent, violation of
83+16 laws, or for violation of the rules and regulations of the park
84+17 and the terms of the lease.
85+18 If this park requires you to deal exclusively with a
86+19 certain fuel dealer or other merchant for goods or service in
87+20 connection with the use or occupancy of your mobile home or on
88+21 your mobile home lot, the price you pay for such goods or
89+22 services may not be more than the prevailing price in this
90+23 locality for similar goods and services.
91+24 You may not be evicted for reporting any violations of law
92+25 or health and building codes to boards of health, building
93+26 commissioners, the department of the Attorney General or any
