1 AN ACT concerning business.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The General Not For Profit Corporation Act of
5 1986 is amended by adding Section 114.15 as follows:
6 (805 ILCS 105/114.15 new)
7 Sec. 114.15. Demographic information of directors and
8 officers.
9 (a) The Secretary of State shall include data fields on
10 the form described in Section 114.05 that allows a corporation
11 to report, at its discretion, the aggregated demographic
12 information of its directors and officers, including race,
13 ethnicity, gender, disability status, veteran status, sexual
14 orientation, and gender identity.
15 (b) Within 30 days after filing its annual AG990-IL
