4-AN ACT concerning business.
5-Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
6-represented in the General Assembly:
7-Section 5. The General Not For Profit Corporation Act of
8-1986 is amended by adding Section 114.15 as follows:
9-(805 ILCS 105/114.15 new)
10-Sec. 114.15. Demographic information of directors and
11-officers.
12-(a) Within 30 days after filing its annual AG990-IL
13-Charitable Organization Annual Report, a corporation that
14-reports grants of $1,000,000 or more to other charitable
15-organizations shall post on its publicly available website, if
16-one exists, the aggregated demographic information of the
17-corporation's directors and officers, including race,
18-ethnicity, gender, disability status, veteran status, sexual
19-orientation, and gender identity. The aggregated demographic
20-information shall be accessible on the corporation's publicly
21-available website for at least 3 years after it is posted.
22-(b) The Department of Human Rights shall work with
23-community partners to prepare and publish a standardized list
24-of demographic classifications to be used by corporations for
25-the reporting of the aggregated demographic information of a
26-corporation's directors and officers, including race,
