2929 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
3030 in the General Assembly: 3

3232 Section 5. The amount of $9,000,000 or so much thereof as 4
3333 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Public 5
3434 Health from the General Revenue Fund f or continued funding to 6
3535 the Illinois Association of Free and Charitable Clinics for 7
3636 grants and other expenses of free and charitable clinics to 8
3737 provide care or make referrals for uninsured or underinsured 9
3838 people living with acute and chronic health issues , including, 10
3939 but not limited to , medical health care, behavioral health 11
4040 care, oral health care, outreach, health education, screening 12
4141 and testing, medication and related expenses, disease 13
4242 prevention, and vaccinations. 14

4545 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 15
