the Department of Public Health for local health protection

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $ 10,000,000, or so much thereof as 4
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 5
to the Department of Public Health for local health protection 6
grants for health protection programs. 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 8
2024. 9
