| 15 | 24 | | 13 subtracting from any building, structure, highway, roadway, |

| 16 | 25 | | 14 street, bridge, alley, sewer, ditch, sewage disposal plant, |

| 17 | 26 | | 15 water works, parking facility, railroad, excavation or other |

| 47 | 84 | | 14 County; Addison Township; Bloomingdale Township; York |

|---|
| 82 | 119 | | 13 (a) Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to interfere with, |

| 83 | 120 | | 14 impede, or in any way diminish the right of employees to |
|---|
| 84 | 121 | | 15 bargain collectively with their employers through |
|---|
| 85 | 122 | | 16 representatives of their own choosing in order to establish |
|---|

|---|
| 87 | 124 | | 18 minimum standards of the provisions of this Act. Nothing in |

| 88 | 125 | | 19 this Act shall be deemed to affect the validity or change the |

| 89 | 126 | | 20 terms of bona fide collective bargaining agreements in force |

| 90 | 127 | | 21 on the effective date of this Act. After the effective date of |

| 91 | 128 | | 22 this Act, requirements of this Act may be waived in a bona fide |
