| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan, the son of Kenneth E. Bryan and |

| 8 | 8 | | 6 Janice (Casteel) Bryan McNeely, was born in Mattoon on May 26, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 7 1989; and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan worked as an operator at American |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 Fiber; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan was preceded in death by his |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 11 children, Walker and Rose "Rosie" Bryan; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 WHEREAS, At the time of his passing, Kenneth Bryan was |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 13 survived by his father; his mother; his birth mother, Jennifer |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 14 Grams; his brother, Frank Bryan; his sister, Sandy K. Bryan; |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 15 his half sister, Samantha Grams; and his half brother, R.J. |
