1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened
3 to learn of the death of Kenneth D. Bryan of Teutopolis, who
4 passed away on September 29, 2023; and
5 WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan, the son of Kenneth E. Bryan and
6 Janice (Casteel) Bryan McNeely, was born in Mattoon on May 26,
7 1989; and
8 WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan worked as an operator at American
9 Fiber; and
10 WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan was preceded in death by his
11 children, Walker and Rose "Rosie" Bryan; and
12 WHEREAS, At the time of his passing, Kenneth Bryan was
13 survived by his father; his mother; his birth mother, Jennifer
14 Grams; his brother, Frank Bryan; his sister, Sandy K. Bryan;
15 his half sister, Samantha Grams; and his half brother, R.J.
16 Grams; therefore, be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL
18 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
19 Kenneth D. Bryan and extend our sincere condolences to his
20 family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
