| 12 | 12 | | 5 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Public |

| 14 | 14 | | 7 the Illinois Association of Free and Charitable Clinics for |

| 15 | 15 | | 8 grants and other expenses of free and charitable clinics to |

| 16 | 16 | | 9 provide care or make referrals for uninsured or underinsured |

| 17 | 17 | | 10 people living with acute and chronic health issues, including, |

| 18 | 18 | | 11 but not limited to, medical health care, behavioral health |

| 19 | 19 | | 12 care, oral health care, outreach, health education, screening |

| 20 | 20 | | 13 and testing, medication and related expenses, disease |
