1  AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2  Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3  represented in the General Assembly:
4  Section 5. The amount of $9,000,000 or so much thereof as
5  may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Public
6  Health from the General Revenue Fund for continued funding to
7  the Illinois Association of Free and Charitable Clinics for
8  grants and other expenses of free and charitable clinics to
9  provide care or make referrals for uninsured or underinsured
10  people living with acute and chronic health issues, including,
11  but not limited to, medical health care, behavioral health
12  care, oral health care, outreach, health education, screening
13  and testing, medication and related expenses, disease
14  prevention, and vaccinations.
