478 | 515 | 15 (j) It is unlawful for any person to knowingly and | |
479 | 516 | 16 publicly post on the Internet the personal information of a | |
480 | 517 | 17 health care professional or health care professional's | |
481 | 518 | 18 immediate family if the person knows that publicly posting the | |
482 | 519 | 19 personal information poses an imminent and serious threat to | |
483 | 520 | 20 the health and safety of the health care professional or | |
484 | 521 | 21 health care professional's immediate family, and the violation | |
485 | 522 | 22 is a proximate cause of bodily injury or death of the health | |
