Creates the Underserved Populations Autism Task Force within the Department of Human Services. Requires the Task Force to develop an Autism Spectrum Disorder Strategic Plan for underserved populations that focuses on: (1) improving awareness, early diagnosis, and intervention; and (2) ensuring delivery of treatment and services for individuals diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder, including the coordination and accessibility of cost-effective treatments and services throughout the individual's lifetime.
