The Task 5 Force shall consist of the following members: 6 (1) One member from the House of Representatives who 7 shall serve as co-chair, appointed by the Speaker of the 8 House of Representatives. 9 (2) One member from the House of Representatives, 10 appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of 11 Representatives. 12 (3) One member from the Senate who shall serve as 13 co-chair, appointed by the President of the Senate. 14 (4) One member from the Senate, appointed by the 15 Minority Leader of the Senate. 16 (5) Three members from underserved populations who are 17 family members of individuals with autism spectrum 18 disorder, appointed by the Governor. 19 (6) Three members who are doctors from underserved 20 populations, appointed by the Governor. 21 (7) Three members from autism advocacy groups, 22 appointed by the Governor. 23 (8) The Secretary of Human Services, or the 24 Secretary's designee. 25 (9) The State Superintendent of Education, or the 26 State Superintendent's designee.
