226226 7 Fund to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of
227227 8 Homeland Security for recovery and remediation of radioactive
228228 9 materials and contaminated facilities or properties when such
229229 10 expenses cannot be paid by a responsible person or an
230230 11 available surety.
231231 12 Section 75. The amount of $1,250,000, or so much thereof
232232 13 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Indoor Radon
233233 14 Mitigation Fund to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency
234234 15 and Office of Homeland Security for expenses relating to the
235235 16 federally funded State Indoor Radon Abatement Program,
236236 17 including prior years' costs.
237237 18 Section 80. The amount of $63,000, or so much thereof as
238238 19 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Nuclear Safety

425425 9 Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund to the Illinois

427427 11 for any costs eligible for payment from Coronavirus State
428428 12 Fiscal Recovery Fund moneys in accordance with the American
