The amount of $1,250,000, or so much thereof 13 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Indoor Radon 14 Mitigation Fund to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency 15 and Office of Homeland Security for expenses relating to the 16 federally funded State Indoor Radon Abatement Program, 17 including prior years' costs. 18 Section 80. The sum of $650,000, or so much thereof as may 13 be necessary, is appropriated from the Nuclear Safety 14 Emergency Preparedness Fund to the Illinois Emergency 15 Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security for 16 compensation to local governments for expenses attributable to 17 implementation and maintenance of plans and programs 18 authorized by Section 4 of the Nuclear Safety Preparedness 19 Act. 20 Section 95.
