The Illinois Pension Code is amended by 5 changing Section 15-148 as follows: 6 (40 ILCS 5/15-148) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 15-148) 7 Sec. 15-148. Survivors insurance benefits; general 8 benefits - General provisions. The survivors annuity is 9 payable monthly.
