9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:

12	12	5 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof
13	13	6 as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the
14	14	7 Illinois State Police for the following purposes:
