15	15	6 submitted to the electors of the State for adoption or
16	16	7 rejection at the general election next occurring at least 6
17	17	8 months after the adoption of this resolution a proposition to
18	18	9 amend Section 7 of Article III of the Illinois Constitution as

28	28	19 election shall have the right to vote at such election. The
29	29	20 General Assembly by law may establish registration
30	30	21 requirements and require permanent residence in an election
31	31	22 district not to exceed thirty days prior to an election. The
