| 10 | 10 | | 8 WHEREAS, Mattie Luck was a receptionist at St. John's |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 Hospital for many years; and |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 of East Keys Baptist Church in Springfield; in her free time, |
