| 9 | 9 | | 7 familiar face to residents and the businesses of the 6th |

| 10 | 10 | | 8 District in her ten years with the Cubs; she has been a leader |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 at community meetings, Gallagher Way events, and school |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 gatherings, and she has been a passionate advocate for |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 neighbors, local business, schools, the Chicago police and |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 fire departments, and all who comprise the fabric of the |

| 16 | 16 | | 14 WHEREAS, Heather Way Kites' tireless efforts have created |
