24 | 24 | | 9 Whereas, About one out of every 200 infants is born with |

25 | 25 | | 10 congenital cytomegalovirus; |

26 | 26 | | 11 Whereas, About one in five babies born with congenital |

27 | 27 | | 12 cytomegalovirus will suffer long term health problems such as |

28 | 28 | | 13 hearing loss, vision loss, intellectual disability, microcephaly, |

29 | 29 | | 14 lack of coordination or weakness, or seizures; |
