37 | 37 | | 4 that provides a farmers' market administrator or a retailer who sells |

38 | 38 | | 5 food at a farmers' market with a wired or wireless point of sale terminal |

39 | 39 | | 6 that is connected to the EBT system. |

40 | 40 | | 7 (b) A farmers' market administrator or representative who is |
---|
41 | 41 | | 8 responsible for managing a farmers' market that has retailers who: |

42 | 42 | | 9 (1) sell food that qualifies for sale under the EBT program; |
