| 27 | 27 | | 5 rehabilitation, Officer Moody was able to return home to his |

| 28 | 28 | | 6 wife, Emily, and two young sons, four-year-old Nolan and |

| 30 | 30 | | 8 Whereas, Officer Moody started his law enforcement career |

| 31 | 31 | | 9 in 2014 and served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Marion County |

| 34 | 34 | | 12 worked through St. Francis Hospital in the EMS education |

| 35 | 35 | | 13 department at the Beech Grove Fire Department part time, |

| 37 | 37 | | 15 Whereas, He has been an officer with the Trafalgar Police |

| 38 | 38 | | 16 Department since 2019 and became a full-time officer in 2020; |
