33 | 33 | | 3 1, 2023]: Sec. 16. (a) As used in this section, "school" refers to a: |

35 | 35 | | 5 (2) charter school (as defined by IC 20-18-2-2.5); and |

36 | 36 | | 6 (3) state accredited nonpublic school (as defined by |
