1338 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
14-SECTION 1. IC 4-32.3-5-16, AS AMENDED BY P.L.145-2021,
15-SECTION 10, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE
16-JULY 1, 2023]: Sec. 16. (a) The total prizes awarded for one (1) pull
17-tab, punchboard, or tip board game may not exceed fifteen thousand
18-dollars ($15,000).
19-(b) A single prize awarded:
20-(1) for one (1) winning ticket in a pull tab, punchboard, or tip
21-board game may not exceed five hundred ninety-nine dollars
22-($599);
23-(2) in a game using a seal card may not exceed one thousand
24-dollars ($1,000); and
25-(3) in a progressive or carryover pull tab game may not exceed
26-fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
27-(c) The selling price for one (1) ticket for a pull tab, punchboard, or
28-tip board game may not exceed one dollar ($1). five dollars ($5).

75+19 JULY 1, 2023]: Sec. 6. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), A type
76+20 II gambling game in which tickets are sold for at least one dollar
77+21 ($1) but not more than five dollars ($5) must pay out at least
78+22 seventy-five percent (75%) and not more than one hundred percent
79+23 (100%) of the amount wagered.
80+24 (b) This subsection applies only to a type II gambling game ticket
81+25 that is sold for less than one dollar ($1). A type II gambling game
82+26 subject to this subsection must comply with the following minimum
83+27 payout percentages:

86+30 $0.25 65%
87+31 Three (3) tickets for 65%
88+32 one dollar ($1)

90+34 (c) A type II gambling game's payout percentage must be stated on
91+35 the ticket or on the accompanying flare.
