| 18 | 18 | | 5 Whereas, Charles P. Morris has served as a board member |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 6 for Guilford Township, located in Plainfield, Indiana, since |

| 20 | 20 | | 7 1979; |

| 21 | 21 | | 8 Whereas, Shortly after joining the Guilford Township |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 9 Board, Charles assisted in designating 200 acres of park land |

| 23 | 23 | | 10 for the Plainfield community with the 1984 establishment of |

| 24 | 24 | | 11 Hummel Park; |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | 12 Whereas, With the support of the Township Board, Hummel |

| 26 | 26 | | 13 Park now boasts countless facilities and amenities, including a |

| 31 | 31 | | 18 Whereas, In 2010, Charles worked to reorganize the fire |
