Summary of Legislation: The bill prohibits a unit from preventing development on a site having a slope that
is less than 25%, unless the site is within a watershed area of a reservoir that is a source of a municipality's
drinking water.
Effective Date: July 1, 2024.

on a site having a slope less than 25% (excluding certain watersheds), the bill could increase the unit’s
