| 24 | 24 | | 8 Whereas, Over the course of his career as an instructor, he |

| 25 | 25 | | 9 trained more than 16,000 officers in firearms, physical tactics, |

| 26 | 26 | | 10 and emergency vehicle operations; |

| 27 | 27 | | 11 Whereas, Lt. Davis was known to have an excellent memory |

| 28 | 28 | | 12 and would remember students' names years after he had trained |
|---|

| 30 | 30 | | 14 Whereas, A proud Marine Corps veteran, his house was full |

| 31 | 31 | | 15 of Marine Corps memorabilia, and he had collected over 125 |

| 32 | 32 | | 16 challenge coins, which is an impressive achievement within law |

| 33 | 33 | | 17 enforcement and the military; |

| 34 | 34 | | 18 Whereas, Lt. Davis enjoyed woodworking, cars, movies, and |

| 35 | 35 | | 19 collecting guns; and |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 20 Whereas, He was, and still is, well respected across the entire |
