| 12 | 12 | | 6 Whereas, South Terrace Elementary School had a pass rate |

| 13 | 13 | | 7 of 98 percent on the 2023 IREAD test, which surpassed the |

| 14 | 14 | | 8 state goal of 95 percent and the state average of 81.9 percent; |

| 15 | 15 | | 9 Whereas, Principal Erin Koester accepted the recognition on |

| 16 | 16 | | 10 behalf of the school; |

| 17 | 17 | | 11 Whereas, The dedicated 3rd grade teachers that worked |
