| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. IC 12-15-13-10 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA |

| 31 | 31 | | 2 CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 3 [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024]: Sec. 10. (a) This section is: |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4 (1) subject to the availability of federal matching funds; and |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5 (2) in addition to, and does not include, outlier payments |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6 made by the office for the services described in this section. |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7 (b) Beginning July 1, 2024, and subject to subsection (e), the |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 8 office shall increase reimbursement rates for prenatal obstetric |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 9 and gynecological services as follows: |

| 39 | 39 | | 10 (1) By increasing the rate by at least forty-four percent (44%) |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 11 from the reimbursement rate for the service on December 31, |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | 12 2023. |

| 42 | 42 | | 13 (2) On January 1 of each year, by adjusting the rate described |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | 14 in subdivision (1) by the most recent reported Social Security |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | 15 cost of living adjustment rate. |

| 45 | 45 | | 16 (c) Beginning July 1, 2024, and subject to subsection (e), the |

|---|
| 64 | 64 | | 17 able to obtain federal matching funds, the office shall increase the |
|---|
| 65 | 65 | | 18 reimbursement to the greatest amount that would allow for federal |
|---|
